Dogtopia Downtown has been an absolute game-changer for my dog, Aiken—and for me! The staff is truly incredible. From the moment we walk in, Aiken is excited to see his human and canine friends, and that says everything about the kind of care and love he receives there. It's clear the team genuinely cares about every single dog. They know Aiken by name, greet him with so much warmth, and always take the time to update me on how his day went. I’m constantly impressed by the professionalism, passion, and positive energy the staff brings. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Aiken’s care. I like that there is someone in with the dogs at all times, that we can check in via the webcams during the day, snack opportunities and report cards! It's also easy to make an appointment!

I really like that my puppy had a chance to play with the regulars there. I like that I can periodically check in on her throughout the day. I like that there is dedicated lunch/nap time. I like the friendly staff. Drop off and pick up is very easy and seamless.
