The staff remember us and our dogs, even when we haven’t been there in a few months. One even noticed that I’d gotten my hair cut since our last visit! Our dogs are excited when we drop them off and often reluctant to leave. That makes us feel like we’re leaving them in safe and friendly hands.

I love the camera that we can look to see Chester. Only thing I would recommend is to let the owner periodically know how the dog is doing. Every time we look with the camera, Chester seems to be just laying around and not interacting with other dogs or the attendant in the room with the dogs.

My pup always has a great time. When I check in on him through out the day the staff always appears engaged and attentive to the dogs. The facility also always appears well kept and accidents are cleaned up promptly. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and friendly as well!

Everyone was always so happy to see our Bear when she came in for daycare or boarding. She received great care and love everytime. They understood our dogs temperament as she aged and knew when to give her some alone time to rest.
