Having a dog with epilepsy it was comforting to know there were cameras. The staff is also very kind and remembers every dog by name. They are also super knowledgeable.

Where do I start? What makes this special is the staff. What a joy to see how happy and excited they are as they show up each morning to greet them. 1. The service and customer focus are exceptional - Christine remembers the name of every dog (how does she do that?). 2. Coco LOVES Makin’ Bacon Day and loved her birthday cookies, amongst other treats. The activities and events are wonderful ways to participate and donate to a worthy cause. 3. The facility is pristine and the entire staff ensure that our furry family member is cared for as if it were their own. The Dogtopia Dulles team sets themselves apart in excellence! Thank you for all that you do.

I like that there is low turner over in staff at the Dulles location so the employees and dogs get to know each other better. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Love parent nights. More of those would be ideal. Longer weekend hours, or earlier opening hours on weekends, or no crating for meals on weekends if same hours could be ideal. Camera access during night boarding would be comforting. Love the staff

Levi loves going to Daycare. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I love the different fun activities he gets to do and the treats he gets on specials for small donations. I also really appreciate parents night when he can get a few extra hrs of playtime and my partner and I can have date night. Love Dogtopia of Dulles!
