I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he's way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!

Friendly staff, weekly newsletter emails, occasional text message as needed, clean facilities (as clean as possible with all the dogs coming and going), option for food/treats/grooming/training.

The ease of the app to make appointments. Goose is such an active puppy at home so bringing him to dogtopia helps burn out that energy while he's able to socialize with the other pups. The dogs at dogtopia East Pasadena really bring out the confidence in Goose when he's out on walks and when meeting other people.
