Staff is friendly and take really good care of our girl. They are very attentive and make sure the pups are safe. They also have fun activities for the pups and take fun pictures for the parents. They have special treat days too! My girl is always excited to go to Dogtopia!

I appreciate the staff and their kindness and attention to detail. My dog loves the coaches and she seems so happy after each visit at daycare. I can check on her throughout the day via the cameras and she looks like she’s having a blast!! Thank you for providing a safe space for my fur dog daughter!

Good customer service and flexible. I appreciate the weekday hours. I wish you had daycare on Sundays. And the facility smells too strongly of urine, especially by the end of the day, so I do wish you could open windows, especially in the front lobby, or you install air odor filtration.

I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he's way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!
