Staff is very friendly. and courteous. They are very friendly to my dog and greet her when she comes in. They answer all my concerns. They notify me if there is any problem or if they notice anything about my dog. When I pick her up your staff recognizes me and remembers what dog I am there to pick up. I also like the fact that you open at 7AM. I have recommended Dogtopia to my neighbor. I know they have brought their dog a few times.

Titus is always excited to go. I really like that I can watch him on the webcam. Before the app update you could access a larger view of the rooms; post update, you can’t increase the size of your view (but you can zoom in). We’re still working on socializing Titus and he isn’t great with most people yet. He loves the whole Dogtopia team, and that says a lot!

I have recommended Dogtopia to my neighbor and they have brought their dog, Cooper. I like the fact that during my dog's stay, I can check on how she is doing via the monitors. I like the fact that your staff knows the dogs who come, i.e. their temperaments, likes. When I first brought my dog in, the staff was patient with her, got to know her. They always greet the dogs when they come in. The staff is always pleasant and answer any questions or concerns I may have. I enjoy the different functions they have (wellness days, pictures, birthday/gotcha days)
