I have recommended Dogtopia to my neighbor and they have brought their dog, Cooper. I like the fact that during my dog's stay, I can check on how she is doing via the monitors. I like the fact that your staff knows the dogs who come, i.e. their temperaments, likes. When I first brought my dog in, the staff was patient with her, got to know her. They always greet the dogs when they come in. The staff is always pleasant and answer any questions or concerns I may have. I enjoy the different functions they have (wellness days, pictures, birthday/gotcha days)

The staff is great. My dogs love coming there. I do wish the had more options to drop the dogs without mandatory monthly fees. Their minimum is 4 times a month. Which is cost effective unless you can’t bring your dog 4 times a month.

The feeling of family! The way they greet you and make you feel like your dog is the special one. How they know each dog by name and know all about their personalities. The warmth and concern they give to each pet parent, and their willingness to listen to anything you have to say! It is my dog’s happy place!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean and new facility. Was very impressed when I brought my dog in for a Meet and Greet. Immediately booked a boarding visit for him! I also love that there is access to a webcam to see our dog!💙

Open early The staff loves him and vice versa I feel comfortable leaving him there for a full day . Wish they had people working overnight when it comes to boarding. Staff understands and empathetic when it comes to health and wellness ❤️
