Our dog is always so excited to come to her 'club day' once a week. When we pick her up she's exhausted and happy. I appreciate the little extras that happen throughout the month. Photos are always so funny and cute. I love getting the occasional text with photos as well. The bathing services are convenient and they do a great job.

The service is always wonderful. I like the webcam access. The prices are reasonable and I like the different options there are for boarding. I also love all the theme days and that the money goes towards a wonderful cause.

I love that the staff is consistent and knows my dog. I also like the service level and ability to call and get through to a person quickly. My dog also seems happier at Dogtopia than she was at a prior place. Finally, it is convenient that I am able to schedule grooming or washing during the day. Thank you!

Very organized and well thought out questions and checkout visit. I like that a checkout visit plus some daycare is required before boarding. The more screening you do and insight you have into the dogs, the better our dog's experience is likely to be. I also like that there is a rest period during the day for the dogs.
