It was easy to sign up and request dates. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel welcomed every time I drop my dog off. Great communication via email and text. My dog enjoys his time at DogTopia.

I know my basset hound, Aki can be a lot at times, but everyone there is always so kind to him! He loves going to Dogtopia! He's always so excited to go through the door to daycare that he doesn't even look back! I can tell he's well loved there and liked! Despite trying to be a escape artist haha! I really like the little events and I know he hates the photoshoots, but my partner and I love getting photos back of him! I like that there's a Webcam so if I want to check in on him I can. The location is also within walking distance of where I live so it's also super convenient! Aki is my bassie son and as a parent I always worry about him, but I really appreciate all the staff there and really appreciate the care and kindness they have towards him!

We really appreciate the staff at the Herndon Dogtopia. Our dogs really see them as part of their extended family. Gertie pulls on her lead, which is not normal, so she can say hi to everyone.

Dee Dee and the team at Dogtopia Herndon are absolutely amazing! It’s clear that they truly care about Dax and his happiness, and we’re so grateful for their dedication. Recently, we found ourselves in a tough spot when Dax needed updated vaccinations to attend daycare. Dee Dee went above and beyond by taking him to the vet in Herndon for us, which was a huge help—especially since I was away for work and my wife was managing both our daughter and Dax on her own. We can’t thank you all enough for your kindness and support. We truly appreciate everything you do!

The staff is a real joy to work with. Our dogs Gertie and Molly get excited in the morning when they realize they are going to go to daycare. Gertie gets visibly upset when she realizes she is not going. Dogtopia is really like a second home for our pups. Gertie, an English Mastiff, came to us significantly overweight. Over the last year she has lost over 50lbs in part because of all the exercise she gets at Dogtopia. Her quality of life has improved dramatically and she is currently at her ideal weight. She brings her playful attitude home with her and actively plays with our older mastiff/lab mix improving his quality of life as well.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was able to watch the dogs and trainers in the gym room and it was obvious the dogs loved being there. They made me feel better about leaving my dog in their care and that my dog would be safe and looked after at this facility.
