Always greeted with a smile. Always professional. When I inquire about anything (my dogs eating, behavior when interacting with other dogs, obeying commands, temperament while there), usually I get immediate answer at a minimum I get question answered before leaving. The individual attention and knowledge about each of the dogs in their care is amazing. I’ve had my dog shampooed, teeth brushed and nails clipped. The price was more than reasonable and no more doggy breath! Her hair was so soft and silky. Yes….smelled good too! I will definitely do this again. Staff is really good at keeping me advised of activities planned While activities are advised, Staff is not pushy, they do offer. I appreciate this. No one want hard sale tactics. What ever I decide is totally my choice. But, at least I’m made aware. My dog has such a full active day, she sleeps all the way home!

Your team is the best — I feel welcome and well accommodated. They relate to customers with personality and professionalism and I really appreciate that. But most importantly, my dog loves the experience an I know he is safe and well cared for. Thank you for being there.

I liked the cage free environment except for eating and sleeping. Stanley enjoyed running around with the other dogs. I liked to be able to watch via web cam.

The staff are wonderful! My dog is more confident leaving and coming to daycare. You all remembered her name after one day. Multiple staff members have complimented our sweet old lady, Lily. The staff remember me when I pick her up. There is never a long wait at drop off or pick up.

I meant to mention this yesterday when I picked up Dottie. I’m not sure if anyone already reported this so I thought I would just in case. A dog had loose stool in the parking lot yesterday and you could see that dogs and/or people had stepped in it and tracked it up the stairs. I’m thinking the stairs and lobby probably need a deep cleaning. Other than that, things have been great! Thanks Dee Dee! 😊

Everyone is very friendly and they give you honest feedback about your dogs behavior, which is most appreciated! It is also very clear how much they love and care for your dog! On top of that they also give you tips on training and things you should keep an eye on and reinforce. Truly a great addition to our puppy’s life!! When I leave my puppy there I know she is safe, having fun and being very well taken care of.

Caring and responsive Herndon Dogtopia management and team! They know all the dogs by name and you can tell they really care so much about your dog and making doggie daycare fun! Another plus are the webcams, where you can check in on your BFF during the play day. Dogtopia also offer a snack bar for your pet, photo dress up days and grooming services!
