It's so easy to be in touch with Dogtopia about reservations, our account, etc. and they have great insight into our dog's time with them during daycare. We love how kind the Dogtopia team is for all the pups in their care. Our dogs are always excited to go to daycare & that means the world to us - how great to have our dog look forward to being away from us when we can't spend the day with them! We know they're safe and having a blast. We brought our first dog to Dogtopia every week for years & lost him suddenly to illness earlier this year. I would like to commend and thank the Dogtopia team at historic Phoenix for showing us nothing but empathy and kindness during that difficult time and in the months following. It was bittersweet but joyful to bring our newest rescue dog to his meet & greet - we knew he was in great hands and it's been wonderful to watch him start getting more comfortable and even starting to play.

Scheduling, drop off, and pick up are very easy. But most important is that after a play day my dog is happy and relaxed instead of bored with pent up energy like he’d be when home alone while I work.

I like how excited my Jewel is when I bring her to your facility. The only thing I would like to see changed if anything is outside time

My dog is safe in this place. She can play with other dogs. Staffs are friendly. Place is clean. We can drop our dog as early as 5:00AM when there’s a need and can also pick up late. I trust this place as a proof of staying with them even with our moving to Queen Creek though the number of days we have her stay here is now reduced considering the distance.

The staff members are responsive and caring. Ranger got sick while he was boarding, and the staff was patient and helpful in getting him over to the vet ER. We are very appreciative of the care and love that they show for Ranger - especially since he is feeling better and now back to daycare.
