Great team at West U location

Took my pup Billie in for her first doggy daycare experience at Dogtopia and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to walk me through the entire assessment process. I appreciated the transparency and the option to check in on Billie via their live webcams throughout the day. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly run with care. Most importantly, Billie was well taken care of and came home happy and tired. Great first experience—looking forward to bringing her back!

Very nice staff. Puppy seemed super happy on the video cameras. Super tired and easy to deal with afterward. If the pup likes it, I like it, and the pup loved it.

My dog got hours of socialization and play instead of being stuck at home, and I could work without distractions or worry about what he was getting into while I was gone. Win/win!

Their genuine love for dogs, attentiveness, and upbeat environment gave me total peace of mind, leaving Rosie in their care. Rosie comes home happy, well-exercised, and socialized, and I’ve noticed such positive behavior changes since she started attending. I love Dogtopia and my dog does too! I’ve been taking my dog less than a year and he is only there once a week but the staff all know him by name and they know me too! The staff genuinely cares for the dogs and it makes me happy knowing my dog is in such good hands!
