Everyone is always happy to see us, when dropping off/picking up my dog. Always knowing who my dog is and who I am there to pick up is an extra nice touch.The staff is very helpful when providing information when I have questions about services and packages. My pup also appears to have a good time when she is there and enjoys going back.

Dogtopia Southbank has been an absolute blessing for both me and my pup! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. It’s such a relief to know my dog is not only safe but also genuinely loved and cared for while I'm away. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of happy tails every time I visit. My dog always comes home tired, happy, and excited to go back. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. My dog loves running around with all the other dogs outside and in all the different playrooms. Drop off and pick up are super easy.

Very convenient…. from the front desk person, Ian, to the folks in the back everyone was so nice to my out-of-town dog. He adjusted well, stayed a couple of nights to play and have some fun. Highly recommend!
