It's very convenient to be able to add spa services like a nail trim to daycare so I really appreciate that. I also love the online system for booking appts and like the cameras as well. I do wish the cameras could zoom in more or have a follow feature so I could see my dog better.

The friendliness of staff. They genuinely care about our dogs and that gives me so much peace of mind. Also the webcam allows me to see my dog when I have a break at work to make sure he is getting along with all the other dogs and not distressed.

The ease of scheduling and drop off is very convenient. However my favorite thing is how the staff genuinely cares for and shows affection to the dogs. During my busy work day, whenever I log into the app to see what Tessa is doing, she is having a blast playing and getting loved on by a staff member. I would like to personally recognize, Mason. On several occasions, I have observed him affectionately petting on Tessa and the other dogs. You can really tell he loves the dogs and they absolutely love him back! I got the pleasure of meeting Mason the other day in the lobby and thanked him for his awesome care of my dog. Mason was so friendly and personable and told me how Tessa reminded him of one of his own dogs he use to have. He was so genuine and I can see why the dogs love him. It’s people like Mason that build and maintain customer loyalty. We love Dogtopia!
