I like that you truly like and care for the animals. There is a positive atmosphere. I appreciate that you recognize me and my pet and greet us by name. My Teddy is excited to come. I feel comfortable leaving him for daycare or staying as a boarder when I am away. I am very pleased with Teddy's care and grooming.

You always take good care of River and make it easy to drop her off, pick her up, and get those spa services that she needs every once in a while. And I appreciate your flexibility with scheduling the drop offs and pick ups. She LOVES going to Dogtopia - somehow she can tell we are going even before we leave the house, and she gets SO excited!

I love the kindness of the staff. My dog Murphy runs in every morning with his tail wagging because he’s so excited to see everybody. Everybody that works there has the most wonderful personality. They have great staff retention. And they go out of their way to make sure that every dog feels loved. They communicate anytime there’s an issue or anything to be concerned about. I always go to work in peace because I know Murphy is so well cared for. He comes home happy and exhausted.

From my initial inquiry to the end of our first visit, the experience with Dogtopia of Lexington was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional during the Meet and Greet. We loved being able to check in on our dog throughout the day via the webcam—it provided such great peace of mind! When we picked him up, we were impressed by the informative welcome pack and the detailed Report Card. He had a wonderful first day of daycare, and we highly recommend them!

We love the daycare. We’ve been going there for over 2 years. I have an Aussie that gets bored quickly. I work part-time & when I work days Landry gets to go to doggie daycare. He lights up when I say those words. The staff is friendly & caring. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

In short, we like everything about your services. Our very spoiled canine family member has enjoyed each of his daycare stays. He knows where he is when he is a couple of blocks away and can't get in the front door fast enough to join his friends. We look forward to an exteded boarding this summer.
