Friendly staff, convenient hours, user-friendly app and most umportant- the Webcams! Suggestion- in the Park, adjust the camera angle down so that the Webcam shows the front of the room. My pup tends to hang out there & is often off-camera.

The entire staff and especially Alex are great to work with. They treat our dog as if she was one of their own. They are very responsive to any requests or questions. I am especially impressed with how they share a concern about Blossoms well being. Any time that the has been either a physical or behavioral concern they bring it to our attention immediately. We feel very confident that our Blossom is closely watched and cared for when we take her to Dogtopia.

Quinn is sometimes challenging to deal with. He is older and has lots of anxiety. However, the groomer understands and is wonderful and gentle with him. She does a great job every time and when I pick Quinn up, he is calm. Very happy with her services!
