The team is always very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Pippa has grown up at Dogtopia and has now been with them for about 6 years. We will never go anywhere else! Previous ownership/management was great and the handoff has also been great as we have not really noticed any changes. Thank you dogtopia for helping to raise Miss Pippa!
The staff are amazing and so clearly really care about what’s best for the dogs. I love the attention to detail (cleaning practices, quick responses to questions, physical safety of the dogs including “time outs” when necessary, etc).
The only other thing that I would like to see is restarting the “play & trains” and other classes.
The staff is so friendly, and drop off/pick up is SO convenient! All we have to do in the morning is say, "It's time to go to school!" And the boys jump up and run to the garage door. That tells us they LOVE their friends and adventures at Dogtopia!
I only use the grooming services so can't remark on anything else. Taya is amazing with our dogs and they always come out looking beautiful and smelling good. Farley is a white, double-coated, long haired dog so I know he is work. Taya gets him looking so fluffy and clean. He's so handsome thanks to her. Prada prefers to keep her hair a bit shorter, but being a rescue dog with some trust issues and major cage fear has never proved to be a challenge for Taya. She's managed to win Paradas heart. I trust Taya 100% with my four-legged family members.
I like that she gets to be with other dogs and is not with the tiny or younger energetic pups.
I like the ability to watch on the cameras.
I do wish they could be outside a little more.
Dogtopia does a good job of taking care of my dog and that's what you want from a dog daycare. They are able to give individual attention to dogs even in a group setting.
I do worry about changes at Dogtopia that have happened over the past one-two years. There used to be passport days, back to school days, Santa visits, and other "special events" that have all stopped. I am unsure why they ended but I hoping these "special events" and/or maybe new ones will come back to Dogtopia soon.
