I loved that I received text message updates from the staff while boarding my dog there for 9 days. I also loved that I could check in on him whenever I wanted and received very prompt replies from the staff. It's so fun to be able to look in on the webcams to see our dog playing and seeing how he was getting along with others. I also loved that the staff gave us a printed picture of him from his first visit and a printed progress report from his first night. So sweet and something that we can keep forever.

Very courteous staff. Respectful of our dog and sensitive to his being an "elderly" rescue dog with some idiosyncrasies that make aspects of his behavior hard to predict. His grooming looks great.
