After moving to Indianapolis from Los Angeles, I was looking for a daycare for Biscuit, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The customer service was exceptional, and the care they provided for my dog was top-notch. The communication was great, from the moment I dropped her off to when I picked her up, which made me feel at ease. Since this was our first experience with daycare services here, I can confidently say I won’t need to look anywhere else. I’m so pleased with the care and attention my dog received!

The staff treats my dog as though she were a special friend. Piper always is anxious to get out of the car and into Dogtopia to play with her friends. Also, at the end of the day, the staff gives me a report on Piper and her activity level. In other words, the staff and the care that Piper receives is awesome.

Our little guy LOVES Dogtopia! He gets so excited when we tell him he’s going to “school”. He runs to, and paws at the door. During the drive, he shakes in anticipation of arrival to Dogtopia. This is a true testament to how much he loves there.

Everyone is so friendly! They really seem to know our dogs and enjoy playing with them. It is obvious that our 2 Golden Retrievers, Oliver and Mickey, enjoy going to Dogtopia and feel comfortable and secure. They get excited when we drive up, and really excited to see everyone when we go inside. Oliver even tries to open the door to the playrooms with his snout! We particularly appreciate Dogtopia's flexibility when something comes up causing us to either change our play-day or add extra days. Thank you to everyone there.
