My dog Tucker has been going to Dogtopia for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience—quite the opposite. He’s always greeted with a smile, and the staff genuinely cares. It gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.
Staff up front is always sweet. Very welcoming environment. My dog loves the word “Dogtopia”now and still loves coming here (from puppyhood to adulthood)! I recently recommended my neighbor go here.
We like the flexibility and ability to drop our dog off for a play day as needed. The staff is always helpful and treats our dog kindly and professionally.
I love the flexibility with schedules and that you allow half days, which makes is much more affordable for more people. Staff is always chill and super friendly, welcoming. I love the doggy cam and getting to see my fur baby happily run around with his tail wagging.
Each and all of the team members adore the dogs! They know them by name, their friends, their habits and preferences and take such good care of them. The hours are wonderful and they are so flexible with other needs. My dog absolutely loves going there twice a week and through the socialization gets along with all other dogs and people and is so well behaved. Thank you awesom Dogtopia fam!
All your employees at the Midlothian location are so friendly and helpful. Answer questions, always moving quick to take the dog or give the dog back. Really appreciate all they do. Got a really good set of employees there. They are appreciated.
The access to webcams, information I received after my meet and greet regarding what to expect after the first day of daycare, this helped a lot.
The only thing that was a misunderstanding in my experience was the 3 free days after your meet and greet. That it expired one week after our meet and greet. I understood it as I had 3 free days to use before my pet came for boarding which was 2 weeks and 4 days after our meet and greet.
Otherwise my experience had been exceptional!
