The people who work there are dog lovers. They know your dog's name and they appear to like working there. I trust them with my dog. They watch the dogs and know their personality. They smile, smile! They know about dogs. I know that my dog is having fun while I'm away and that she isn't just sitting in crate or kennel and being let out in a run for a bit. Dogs are pack animals and they love the playtime!

The cleanliness of Dogtopia, as well as the fact that check on the temperment of the dogs allowed and the fact that someone is always supervising the dogs and keeping them active all the time, instead of just keeping them crated and let out for a short period of time.

The friendliness along with the affection shown for the animals in your care. You do truly display the love and care you should and are giving to the pets while in your stay. The hours are just great and I know for one, my pet enjoys his romps with his furry friends and especially the love and fun times with his 2-legged friends both coming and going. And the groomer is just fabulous, she has a way with animals and they love her and I know I take my other pets to her and they are just wild with her. They are not scared or resentful. She takes the time to work with them and give them a fun time experience. This is a cool place to send your pets for the day to romp and make new friends.

That you met us before the drop off day to make sure our dog was "OK" to meet other dogs. Even though we knew he would be fine we liked the extra safe guards you have in place. We also liked that you separated the big dogs from the medium and little ones. LOVED that we could check on him occasionally throughout the day on your web cam too!
