Everything was fabulous!! Everyone at Dog Topia took such great care of our Maia! From the very beginning making sure she was comfortable with the other dogs to placing her in the room that fit her personality sloth the best, to the suite and caring for her to the seem less check in and answering all of our questions and especially the webcam! We felt very secure and comfortable leaving Maia knowing that she was in great hands. She always left doggie day care a happy pup. Thank you Dog Topia for taking such great care of our girl!

The comfort in knowing my lil guy is in great hands. I like the entire check in process- what my dog came with, his meal times, if I wanted to add any bath time. Also that I can watch him on camera and know he’s ok and having fun.

We have grown to love many of the staff at Dogtopia of New Rochelle over the last few years! To have a such a high level of comfort leaving our pups in great care, is priceless. They have made it easy to communicate with them and we appreciate the flexibility to accomodate Sky and Zuko and our family's needs. Pricing continues to be a challenge for us as both dogs are always charged full prices. After being loyal customers for so long, it would be nice to be offered a sibling discount. Also, we've always been charge for 2 suite boardings, even though both dogs share 1 suite for overnights. We would appreciate better video capabilities as it often doesn't work/connect, or the stream glitches. We would love to work with you to find ideal pricing models. In all transparency, we are looking at other alternatives that are not as expensive when we are gone more than 2 nights. Kindly find a great groomer soon. And, pay your staff well, they deserve it!

The staff is friendly and professional . It is very easy to schedule services. We were disappointed when our dog came back with conjunctivitis and the Vet confirmed that she also had other dogs from Dogtopia who were being treated. It was an expensive and additional cost . We reported to Dogtopia and there was no compensation like a free day care, or spa day.

I like that the staff is very friendly and very welcoming to my dog. I like that there is a monitor so I can check in during the day and see what my dog is doing via website. And most importantly, I love that my dog gets very excited for his time at Dogtopia.

It is so easy to drop off and pickup, nice spacious parking lot! Stella didn’t realize she was a dog until she went to Dogtopia in New Rochelle. The staff is very professional and kind. The webcam is a great feature too, although I don’t peek as often as I used too!
