Love that the staff are consistently happy, welcoming and conscientious. The prices are great - even for boarding! The only downside is they don't open until 9 am on Saturdays.

The team is great. They love my pups and vice versa. They are committed to their safety, and they employ creative ways to stimulate the dogs, do photo shoots, etc. I also love that I can board my dogs where they play. My two puppies boarded for 20 days which is quite a long time. It didn't phase them a bit. While they had each other, I know it is the people that made this possible.

We love Dogtopia! I feel so much comfort and security when I leave my dog for overnight stays. I truly trust the associates’ knowledge, care and affection towards my TeddyBear. Before we found Dogtopia, I was very hesitant to board him anywhere else because I did not feel comfortable with the level of care. I appreciate that the associates are trained to take care of different types of dogs with different needs. I also appreciate that the dogs are separated into different rooms based off of size and/or temperament and that they are free to play all day. Also, TeddyBear does really well with structure, so I appreciate nap time and the scheduled meals. Dogtopia is so patient and loving towards my “velcro” dog :) I am so happy to be a Dogtopia regular. Thank you!!

Everybody is incredibly nice and efficient. They give so much attention to the dogs at pickup and drop off, that each feels special and loved. The monthly photo shoots are absolutely my favorite. I look forward to them every month. Whenever I’ve had a question about my bill, they worked with me to correct any errors. I moved closer to another Dogtopia, but I continue to drive an extra twenty minutes to bring my Nico to his friends at Dogtopia North Austin. We love you guys!

The front desk girls are always so pleasant and welcoming when I come in. They always know Ollie by name and are very quick to get me in and out. Ollie comes home exhausted at the end of the day, which is exactly what I need for such a high-energy dog!

The place is clean and smells nice! My Lucky loves going there and when I drop him off at Dogtopia I can see how much they like him! Makes my heart happy that he is very well taken care of!!

The service team was very responsive and great. I think operationally it’s well run. My dog always came home tired and happy. 7am-7pm are convenient hours.

The staff at Dogtopia LOVE MY DOG! I know he is well cared for and is always excited to spend time with his human friends and fur friends! My dog is normally timid around people so it’s good to know he trusts all the lovely employees!

My dog is very happy there. However, the communication between the office and pet owners should be more promptly. I sent my dog to the place at 715am and at 1015, i check on the webcam and find out that she is not allowed to play because the vaccine is not up date. First of all, i send the update document on March 18th. ( the test message is still on my phone). Secondly, if they find out , they should notify me right away so i can provide the paper again. Instead, they leave my dog by herself for three hrs until i figured out. That is very upsetting. I hope the office can improve the communications.
