I had my baby Harley Bean there for a few months but have sadly withdrawn her. There were a few things that caused this desision. One due to her not having outdoor bathroom time she has brought that behavor home and has begun to use the bathroom inside and in turn our other dogs are following her. Another reason was I just did not feel she was enjoying herself. Everytime I would check in on her through the webcams she was always just laying there observing, she never seemed to really play much. The main final reason was the issue with fleas. I live over an hour from the facility and work another 20 mins from the facility and when I have to pick her up due to findinf 2 to 3 fleas on her it becomes an issue for work for me. I can not take days off or leave early without the chance of loosing my job. I understand the concern you have and while she is on medication to prevent fleas we live in the country and I can not look her over every morning after she jumps in the car to make sure there is nothing on her. I did like the friendliness of the staff and the ability to look in on her while she was there. Anytime she went to have a spa day I always knew she would be pretty again (not her dirty country dog self). I will recommend people to you I will just not be recommending yall to folks that live in the country only my city friends. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

Highly recommended! Always a very high level of care and attention provided by the North Austin team. Our pup always comes out super happy and healthy from both weekly daycare plus recent extended boarding period. Very professional establishments, very happy to have found such a great place for our little girl.

My dog gets a happy look on his face when I tell him he's going to the "fun place." The staff have been really good about engaging with him during play dates. He was very shy when he started coming to daycare a couple years ago. Over time he's come out of his shell. He enjoys walking around the neighborhood with me and invites the neighbors to pet him. Whenever I need to travel it's a fun safe place for him to stay overnight.

My service not has been going to Dogtopia for several several years I am almost amazed at the cleaners of the place. They’re welcome that dogs under their train their owners receive every time you bring them. They are friendly happy to see everyone. They love the dogs. They respect their owners, and they provide a wonderful service by making sure that the dogs play are engaged, not just sleeping. It is a great pleasure for me to provide some of the issues that are so wonderful about Dogtopia.

Just wow!! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredible. The rovers and runners were so helpful, attentive, and full of positive energy—it’s obvious they truly care and keep everything moving smoothly. The front desk staff deserves huge praise. I can’t say enough about how detailed, sharp, and dialed in they are. They run everything with the precision of Mozart composing a masterpiece—every note in place, every detail perfectly timed, and everything flowing effortlessly. Nothing gets missed. And the canine coaches…they’re like Picasso in motion. True artists at work, reading every dog’s personality, balancing the playroom, and creating a safe, fun masterpiece of energy and harmony every single day. Watching them work is honestly impressive. This team operates on another level. Professional, caring, organized, and talented from front to back. Absolutely top-tier experience.

The staff is very friendly. I love that I can watch my pup through the web cams; gives me some peace knowing he is doing fine. I like the fact that lunch is provided so my pup can have energy to continue having fun with his friends.

When you met Lulo he was fearful and his body language showed that. You understood he would be OK once he felt more at ease in your place. Now he goes and socializes with other dogs, even if he is not the most outgoing pup. He now has a good time and is not fearful.
