Everyone who works there is very friendly, and they communicate well by text. Our dog enjoys going there very much. The only criticism I have is that drop-off wait times vary widely. Some days I can walk right in and other days I find myself behind several other people and the drop-offs seem to take a long time.

The staff seem to really care about the dogs and are excited when they arrive. I appreciate the food options available during daycare. The cleanliness of the facility. My dog seem happy to arrive, which Intaor to mean that the staff treats the dogs well.

The staff are incredible. They are always so excited to see Monty & are always so friendly. I also like the option of the extra add-ons, but we never feel pressured or judged if we choose not to do them. It's also amazing to be able to pick him up nice & clean after his visits. We are VERY happy! Only cons are not having any grass or turf & having to wait in the cold to drop off in the mornings if it is busy. :)
