We love Gabrielle & the Dogtopia team. They truly care about our puppy & take great care of him. My only feedback would be on the dropoff process as it sometimes takes 10+ minutes waiting in line in the mornings. The care they give our dog outweighs that inconvenience, but I've heard more & more people getting frustrated in the mornings when waiting in line.

Bob loves the staff and appears to have a great time. Pulls me in the door when I drop him off. I have been very happy with his care at Dogtopia. I also appreciate the early drop off hours and later closing time as I work PRN at a hospital nearby and my hours can be unpredictable.

I like that I can check on her with the webcam. She looks happy and entertained during her stay.
