The manager Yelessi was so kind, she answered all of my questions explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease leaving my pup. Having used a different dogtopia location, I can say the difference is night and day and this location was so much better. We felt valued and I felt that my pup was important to them and his well being was first in their mind. Truly they are dog people
Kept clean and odor free. Very easy to communicate and interact with the center for scheduling via the app, or direct via text. They are responsive. Our dog is very happy here.
Staff is extremely friendly. Always knows who I'm picking up without telling them. Ability to watch on camera to see how dogs are doing. People answering phones are also very friendly.
I liked the way that it was a priority for them to make our dog feel comfortable before he was able to be around the other dogs. I also like that they correct the dogs instead of ignoring them. I find it comforting that the kennels are in the room so that if the dog does have to be put in for a rest or to be corrected, they are still part of the room and not locked away alone.
We made the dog daycare switch to Dogtopia 6 months ago and are happy with the switch. We like all of the " dog sitters" and so does our dog. We also like the soft rubber surface and the cameras.
The confidence Ingrid has gained since starting is remarkable. She does so well with other dogs now. Also, she is a lot about not jumping on people, still needs some reminders, but it’s better.
It is a great way for her to get her energy out and also socialize with other dogs. She gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot.
