Friendliness of managers and employees when you walk in. It is evident they are truly interested in the best for your dog. Ability to see my dog throughout the day (except for naps). Report on how your dog is doing. Calendar with various activities for dogs to be involved in throughout the month.

I honestly don't know what I would have done while raising my puppy if I didn't find Dogtopia. It allows me to drop him off to be social somewhere while I'm off at work instead of him staying home alone, and gets all of his energy out so that he's not destructive out of boredom. The staff are also so friendly and I love talking to them every dropoff and pick up. The events they host are also all so cute, and I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Dogtopia Oakbrook Terrace is wonderful! Our dog Chips, who doesn't like much of anything, loves his friends here, along with the kind and loving staff who care for him. The facility is also spotlessly maintained, and it's a great value for the price. We had tried other pet daycares and boarding facilities in the past, but people working there seemed like they were just going thru the motions, and not really happy to see us. Dogtopia is always so happy to see us, and I know our Chips is in exceptionally capable and attentive hands. They schedule lots of fun events for the pups, and we can tell these folks really love their jobs. That's important to us! Many thanks to this fantastic local business!

As a busy dog parent, it’s important to me that my pup stays active, stimulated, and well cared for. The staff at Dogtopia of Oakbrook Terrace are exceptional! They’re friendly, responsive, and always professional. The facility is spotless, and every dog is treated like family. My dog absolutely loves it here—he practically jumps out of the car before I can even get his leash on! Highly recommend! 🐶💛
