I love that dogs get lots of play time, but also get a rest. My dogs absolutely love coming here which tells me they feel safe and comfortable with you all. I like that the adults are constantly walking around and supervising in all locations. I also really like being able to check in on my boys. Thanks for taking such great care of them!

The webcams help to reassure me that my dog is having fun, is not stressed, and not being overrun by the larger dogs. It also allows me to observe the caregivers interaction with my dog and all the other dogs in the play yard. I appreciate the hands-on care provided to keep the dogs safe. Love the extra pets and cuddles, and the gentle redirects/reprimands when needed. Really like the water feature outside for those hot days, and the multiple areas for my dog to relax away from the crowd when needed.

The front of house staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to receive "us" when we arrive. The "hands on" staff is always ready and willing to interact and accept my very excited GSP! I enjoy the occasional afternoon away knowing my pet is safe and well cared for. Thanks for all you do.
