The staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. They always greet me and my dog with an enthusiastic smile. They are always available and happy to answer questions in person and on the phone. My dog loves going to daycare! That is a great indication of the care she gets!
I appreciate that she is safe and well cared for. And, that she has fun!
Dogtopia has exceeded every expectation. The staff greets her like she’s part of their family, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about every dog who walks through the door. My dog is genuinely thrilled to go each day and runs in to greet the staff. Her excitement says everything about the experience she has there. I’m always impressed by the creative activities they come up with, from themed days to tasty treats that keep her mentally and physically engaged. Knowing she’s in such a fun, safe, and loving environment gives me peace of mind.
I love the staff!!! They are all amazing human beings! I also love how clean the facility is. We just adore Dogtopia. I recommend it to anyone who has a pooch.
The team at Dogtopia in Parker have been awesome from start to finish in onboarding our new rescue puppy and her anxious parents (that’s us…well me more than my hubby if I’m being totally honest).
Our rescue has been way more timid and hesitant than our Lab was when she was a puppy going to daycare. So this mama has been an avid webcam stalker. When I got to the point where I was fighting the urge to just go pick her up, I called the facility and the staff talked me off the ledge and asked me to give her some more time. Then they even emailed me about 90 min later during nap time (when I couldn’t indulge in my stalking tendencies) to say my bag was curled up and sleeping soundly. It was above and beyond kind and I can’t express enough my appreciation.
I also want to add that every time I was watching, I noticed the coaches intentionally and consistently and regularly approaching Eliza to pet and reassure her. She clearly has developed a huge crush on the male coaches and finally was out of the corner following them around like, well, a puppy. It warmed my heart she was being loved on and comforted when I couldn’t be there to do it myself.
We’re only a couple days in, but I’m impressed. And let me tell you, I don’t impress easily especially around customer service these days. Fingers crossed this little girl continues to grow in confidence and will in no time be the sassy brat we’ve come to expect when we have her at home. I know she’ll get there because the team at Dogtopia won’t leave her to do it alone.
