I love the morning team! They are so friendly and energetic, it makes me want to "go to school." My little Boston (Bailey) LOVES her Dogtopia days and her dad (ME) LOVES that she has some best friends who look out for her. I'm legit like a parent dropping his kid off at school. I love seeing her happy, and I need a moment to see her engage with friends before I feel comfortable leaving. And she is like "Whatever dad, go away. You're embarrassing me in front of my friends!"

Dogtopia staff did an amazing job reassuring me and addressing all the concerns I had boarding my dog for the very first time. They were quick to respond to texts and sent updates (including pictures!) whenever I asked. The spa option after boarding was a huge help to make sure my dog came home clean after several days of play! They were great about administring medications as well. I do wish that they had someone to check on the dogs throughout the night just in case, especially for dogs like mine who are particularly anxious and have separation anxiety. Other than that, his slow feeder and treat dispensers did have some food/ hair remants on them when we got home so I was slightly worried they weren't cleaning them after use, but that's really my only complaint! Would recommend to anyone looking to board their pup :)

I really appreciate that the trainers took the time to assess whether my dog would be comfortable with them and gave me honest feedback, along with ideas on how to move forward. My dog was a little shy at first, so we started at daycare on slower days, and now he is in on some of the busiest days. He gets so excited to go, and his socialization skills have improved so much! I also really appreciate the staff's flexibility as I have a hectic schedule. Finding available times to bring him in, even on the same day, is a breeze.

It really bums me out that I have to take him out of daycare, but my place of employment is closing and I am having to economize. I am moving out of the pearl, but appreciate how well you took care of Zander over the last year. :)
