Easy to book an appointment. Very clean facility. Someone is in the room at all times with my puppy. Good prices. Friendly staff. My pup is very comfortable when staying there and not upset when she comes home. I like being able to check on her with the video cam.

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia and the amazing experience Benny and I have had so far. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been so welcoming, cheerful, and full of positive energy. You can truly tell how much they care about the dogs and their owners. I really appreciate how informative they are and how they take the time to share updates and helpful information. The report card was such a thoughtful touch and give me peace of mind knowing how Benny’s day went and how he’s doing socially and emotionally. Every interaction has felt genuine, kind, and professional. Benny is excited when he goes, and that says everything. It’s such a great feeling knowing your dog is in a safe, loving, and fun environment. Thank you to the entire team for making both me and Benny feel so comfortable and cared for. We are so happy we found you!

We really like how the staff at Dogtopia in Plymouth are super friendly when they greet you during drop off/pick up. They instantly called Mose by name even though he was brand new to visiting them. It was like he was a “regular” visitor at Dogtopia. We boarded our 6 1/2 golden retriever for five days while we took a little vacation to visit family in SC. Dogtopia sent us an email update on how Mose was doing, along with three pictures of a very happy pup. This made us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing our boy was being well taken care of. We loved watching Mose on webcam playing with the other dogs. It was a great experience for him to socialize and play. We would highly recommend Dogtopia to other dog owners.

I love that people like Allison and Dana and Moussa KNOW my dog. They recognize me when I walk in because of my dog. I also like the ease of scheduling and watching my dog via the app.

I like the attention that the employees give to the dogs especially when they are being boarded. My dog Max was somewhat anxious and needed more "people" interactions. I did see that on the webcam. 10/10 for Dogtopia!

After 6 years, I am still a huge fan. I have been bringing my dog to Dogtopia for 6 years now. She loves it and truly is a better behaved dog because of her ability to get out that energy and play with other dogs. The owners and staff have always been amazing.
