Never had an issue - except last wednesday when I picked up my dog Jesse, the choker chain was not installed properly, fortunate the lady at the desk recognized the issue and corrected the install. My dog is an escape artist and easily could have backed out of the chain once i got in parking lot ! He is so smart, he can open some door in my house, just by jumping and pushing the latch - please insure all personnel is TRAINED 'how to install it' ! I think this only happened once before in last 2 years.

I really appreciated how knowledgeable and caring the staff are. I received good feedback for my newly adopted dog and they gave me great recommendations for training. Even though my dog requires more training before he’s ready for daycare, I’m looking forward to bringing him back for daycare in the future.

The people taking care of Piper are outstanding, very caring If Piper isn’t there for a couple of weeks someone calls to see if she’s okay Open play is very important to us Prices are good Always able to talk to someone if needed The CAMERAS!! The first 2 or 3 times we took her to Dogtopia she was scared, didn’t want to go inside but now-she drags us to get inside. The employees were so good handling her being scared and in handling us, the nervous parents! ❤️

I like that your staff knows my dog and seems to really like him. He is a total "Mamma's Boy" and often whines and whimpers when he sees me leaving but your staff grabs him, distracts him and scoots him away before he even realizes I'm on my way out the door. Most of my appointments with you are scheduled at the last minute and you can always accommodate me and my untimely schedule. The staff seems to really like being there. That's a comfort to me.
