You all are so very kind a so considerate of the dogs and their "parent"! And what a super clean facility, too! Also, I love being able to see the dogs in their rooms playing on line. I will not hesitate to recommend Dogtopia to anyone who us looking for a great place for their dogs to play and socialize and to be treated so well!

We love Dogtopia Plymouth!! They are always so welcoming to myself and my pup, and loves everyone there especially Chandler. Chandler has been so helpful managing and creating solutions for him when he want as his best. We really appreciate all the open communication!!

Every single person that I've interacted with has been kind, helpful, upbeat and generally excellent to be around...and this is according to me as well as our dog, Greta. The environment is clean and bright, and the animals all seem happy.

Friendly staff. Clean. I would like to know if my dog has pooped during the day. I do understand that there is too much going on for them to keep track of this. I do trust that she is safe and cared for when I drop her off. I think it has socialized her with other dogs.

The staff is very friendly and communicative. Our dog had some reactivity issues with other dogs and the staff worked to help him feel more at ease, without being shaming toward him or us. I like that he has a place to play all day and get some socialization with dogs. He often comes home fatigued and smelling nice. I also really like the themed photoshoots/events that go on.

Everything! Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! They love their job and they love the dogs in there care. The only thing I'd like to see is half day rates. Brought my dog in on Monday. Dropped off at 7am...picked up at 11:55 am and still charged for a full day. Great company and wonderful, over the top service!
