I like all the staff and the attention and kindness they give the dogs. They are watchful of the dogs so I feel my dog is safe playing there. I like the lunch and rest break from noon-2:00 so the dogs can energize for the afternoon play. I like the military and veteran’s discount-a “thank you” for my husband’s service to country.

I cannot say enough good about this organization. My pup has been so happy here, and frankly, so have we! Every single person we have encountered seems to genuinely love dogs, and the role of caring for them. The place is clean, organized, and best in class. We have also boarded our pup here, and just like daycare, it was a great experience. Dogs aren't in crates all day, they are playing and having a great time. I do not say this often about a company...I LOVE Dogtopia!

Never had an issue - except last wednesday when I picked up my dog Jesse, the choker chain was not installed properly, fortunate the lady at the desk recognized the issue and corrected the install. My dog is an escape artist and easily could have backed out of the chain once i got in parking lot ! He is so smart, he can open some door in my house, just by jumping and pushing the latch - please insure all personnel is TRAINED 'how to install it' ! I think this only happened once before in last 2 years.
