Staff is very attentive to all the dogs and the facility is spotless. My dog Ronnie literally loses his mind as soon as we pull into a parking spot in front of the shop, because he knows he's going to be hanging out with his "friends".

I find the staff to be so friendly & accommodating. I would bring our foster dogs to the Purcellville location so they could meet other dogs. Recently, I needed to find a facility to board some foster dogs over the weekend and even though it was so last minute, they were able to accommodate them.

Staff are very friendly. If I call or email with a question or concern, someone gets back to me immediately. Booking services is very easy to use through the app, and always works which is so helpful. Quick drop off and pick up for daycamp. Our dogs love Dogtopia, they are always excited when we arrive, and always come home tired after a long day of play. Cameras are always working so we can watch the dogs when we want to.
