The staff greets us by our human and dog names. They really get to know your pup. They know the dogs' likes and dislikes. They know the behaviors - encouraging the good ones and correcting the inappropriate ones. They truly love dogs.

The counselors genuinely seem interested and care about our pets. I’ve tried several places, and the counselors often seem bored and uninterested. I can tell a big difference when taking my dog to Dogtopia; she gets very excited about going every day. She’s very tired when I pick her up which is a good thing.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and the fact that my dog is excited to go there! The owners are often present, and you get the sense that everything is under control & you do not need to worry!

Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia Northwest Raleigh! Great variety of services from boarding, daycare, and grooming all in one spot. I frequently will turn on the WebCams and see the trainers walking around giving each dog attention and encouraging group play with bubbles or toys. They love what they do!

Easy to work with- very friendly and down to earth. Not corporate at all. Reasons I just referred a friend to you. She felt the friendliness and ease without all the restrictions of previous place she had tried. Owners are mature, hands be on and easy to work with.

Great costumer service, love the cameras and the attention to my pups needs. I was able to watch my dog, see how she was interacting with the staff and other dogs. She was so clean after her spa day and her nails looked amazing!

EVERYTHING!! You have the best staff...caring, friendly, invitiing, and experienced in the many behaviors of our fur children. The facility is always spotless and smells wonderful (and so does my pup when he comes out!). My dog has NEVER been sick as a result of his daycare visits. I know it happens and is near impossible to prevent (just like a sick kid going to school!), but your team takes such incredible precautions and care to make sure our pets are in the best of care. Our dog Charlie is very stubborn and fearful of everything - but he is at the door ready to go as soon as I say "daycare?" He knows exactly where he's headed and is excited about it. This is a first from the 4 day care centers we've used. He's a nut case when we pick him up becuase he's excited to tell us about his day. He obvioulsy has a LOT of fun because he snores so loud we have turn up the volume on our TV! If I could give this location/team 100 stars, that would be more accurate. I love my dog so much it's ridiculous and I am so relieved that I have such a wonderful place to take him so I can get on with my daily routine. Thank you for all you do - we are so grateful to have found you!
