First of all, my dog Maddie is so excited when she knows she’s going to play with friends. Everyone knows her and welcomes her which makes leaving her there so easy and I’m a super happy dog mom knowing she’s in her happy place! The staff is so nice and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them! I’m so grateful that Maddie has such a wonderful experience every time she goes!

Staff are very friendly, caring, my dog is well taken care of. He really enjoys going to Dotopia once a week to play & socialize. They provide lots of options to give the dogs special days for photos, celebrations etc.

Dogtopia is a family! I feel safe having my fur baby there, knowing that she is loved and looked after. She loves playing ball, and running around with the other dogs. Bubbles are her next favourite, and for some reason loves the pink floor art, lol!!! The addition of treats, walks, and baths are on point and we have used the bath service. She comes out smelling like a rose.

All of the staff are amazing. They really care about the dogs and it shows. My dogs greet the staff when I drop them off like they are family. That’s incredible and I very much appreciate how the dogs are looked after.

When we got our puppy, we bit off more than we could chew as senior citizens. Shiloh gets to play hard every day as she has tons of energy. I really believe that taking her to Dogtopia has allowed us to keep her in our family until she has settled into a mature dog. All of the girls there seem to really love her.

The staff recall my dog everytime we come in for drop off. They are excited and happy to greet us. The cameras to watch my dog throughout her visit is amazing, as I enjoy seeing her being active and interacting with other dogs. During pick up, the staff are quick and efficient to collect my dog and bring her out. They give an update on how she was through the day - and overall my dog has an amazing time each time!

I like that more than one employee knows my dog by name and can tell me something about my dog’s day. My dog readily goes with the staff. My dog is not stress when she comes home and acts like her regular self (not sleeping the evening away from an exhausting day). I like that I can see my dog on the webcam throughout the day. I also like that you now provide one on one walks for my dog if I opt into that service, and I do. Friendly staff and friendly dogs.
