You allow the dogs to socialize while under supervision instead of keeping them in cages for hours upon hours like other do. Our dog doesn't get nervous when she gets there, because your team always welcomes her. Dogs know when humans are sincere ;)
We have been using Dogtopia/San Marcos for nearly 10 years, including the period when the dog daycare facility went by the name of DogTown. Our 7 year old wire fox terrier, Maximus, began attending way back in 2009, and continued there until he was 15 years old. Our 2 year old wire fox terrier, Rockitt, started at Dogtopia about 6 months ago.
We can state that this facility has provided only the very finest of care for our two dogs. Wire fox terriers are a highly active breed but a day spent at Dogtopia really tires them out. The monitoring of dog interactions is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and the personnel truly care about the pups. What more can you ask for?

Had intro meet n greet this week. Manager, Julie, was so gentle with my shy pupster and the intro to the play area went very smoothly. By the end of the day, Lily-bug didn't want to leave. Perfect. We're looking forward to returning on Tuesday.
