Everybody is so kind and the meet and greet was fun and very informative. Our dog loves and enjoys going his three days a week and his handlers he jumps for Joy wants to get in and go see all his friends and the people that take good care of him during the day. They had to smile and a kind hello when you walk in or when you picking up. Customer service is great my questions are always answered whether it's let me check on that or answer an email or a text message.

I love that my pup knows where we are as she gets out of the car (tail wagging) and now that she has been several times, she runs to the kennels with the assistant without looking at me. She is a very social dog, which I think helps.

When we called to set up an appointment the young lady that answered was very nice and polite. We showed up for our time to do our meet and greet we were greeted smiles and kind words each staff member we came in contact with us. I like the open campus as far as large windows you can see the animals play and the way that we are able to go and into the building and see all the rooms and given a full tour

Dogtopia has been absolutely wonderful! The staff is extremely nice and always responsive, which makes such a difference. The general manager communicates clearly, is always ready to help, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Overall, the service is consistently excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners. Highly recommend!

My dog likes the staff and is comfortable at Dogtopia. I feel like he is safe there. It is near my house. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to be able to take my dog there. I will recommend you to my friends. :)
