Personnel were responsive to pets and people during our time there. Our dog's personality and abundance of energy was dealt with in a positive and constructive manner. Only issue: the facility exuded an odor of urine upon entering, as did our dog when we picked her up from her half day stay.

Staff is nice and I am really glad I have a place I can take my dog will I will be gone for a majority of the day. She always comes home so tired from playing all day! She has so much fun. I love the cameras but the connection is not great, there is a ton of cutting out all day. It’s sometimes very frustrating. The only thing I do wish was better is the smell in the facility. I understand the dogs are going to the bathroom a lot all day but there has to be a better way of cleaning so that odor is not left behind.

I like that you offer different meal options that you can chose from when your dog is there for the day. I like that the company offers different specials each month and I like the convenience of the app. You can book appointments for different services, and you can check in on your dog through the webcam.

We just started bringing our pups to Dogtopia in San Marcos. During the evaluation employees were patient with Greta who was a little hesitant about the process. All three did well and we brought them back the following day for camp. When we picked them up they were excited and exhausted but not stressed. Well done.

Friendly staff. I know my dog is safe. The staff appear to monitor the dogs closely and give lots of love at the same time. My dog likes it there. She is always calm and happy when I pick her up. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. The app is great for making appointments. The front office is nicely decorated and themed. Dogtopia is professional and a place I trust to care for my pup.
