Staff is very friendly and willing to communicate with you and your family about any issues or concerns with your pet or payment etc. I personally love all the activities they have for the dogs to participate in during the week. They also make sure to place a calendar as a reminder so all pups can take park in all the fun. Awesome establishment for dog to socialize and stay busy.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! The staff is so kind to both pups and humans alike! There is no one else we trust with our pups for daycare or boarding. We feel so lucky that Dogtopia San Marcos is in our neighborhood! Oh--and the little photoshoots and crafts they do with the dogs is so charming! We have about 10 on the fridge! We are so grateful to Dogtopia and will keep recommending you to our neighbors and friends.

Dogtopia San Marcos has been a great second home for my corgi, Charlie! He goes 1-3 times each week depending on work and activities. He is always excited to go, and I love being able to see him on the webcam during the day. I've also boarded Charlie multiple times there for up to a full week, and it's great having a place he can go where I know he is safe and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, and are always willing to go above and beyond with any questions or needs I may have. If I had any feedback for the Dogtopia San Marcos team, it would be to bring back report cards and have more activities that don't cost extra! A long time ago Charlie would come home with report cards and I thought that was just the cutest extra. It's a silly little thing but really makes it an over the top experience. The photo shoots and "theme days" weren't always an extra cost, and I loved participating in those when they were included in the cost of daycare.

When we came in initially did our meeting great the young lady and I forgot her name took us around introduces some of the staff got to look the window and go outside looking all the rooms they gave us a very good spill as far as everything they do and things that would go on and we loved having our dog go and he has loads of fun he can't wait to go and have fun and see his friends

My dog Wiley has loved going to Dogtopia for daycare for over 5 years, and our new rescue Nacho is now joining him for the fun. Thank you for taking great care of my dogs and giving them a chance to socialize and play. I appreciate the great service and responsiveness to my questions from the Dogtopia team as well!

Everybody is so kind and the meet and greet was fun and very informative. Our dog loves and enjoys going his three days a week and his handlers he jumps for Joy wants to get in and go see all his friends and the people that take good care of him during the day. They had to smile and a kind hello when you walk in or when you picking up. Customer service is great my questions are always answered whether it's let me check on that or answer an email or a text message.

I love that my pup knows where we are as she gets out of the car (tail wagging) and now that she has been several times, she runs to the kennels with the assistant without looking at me. She is a very social dog, which I think helps.

When we called to set up an appointment the young lady that answered was very nice and polite. We showed up for our time to do our meet and greet we were greeted smiles and kind words each staff member we came in contact with us. I like the open campus as far as large windows you can see the animals play and the way that we are able to go and into the building and see all the rooms and given a full tour
