Friendly staff. I know my dog is safe. The staff appear to monitor the dogs closely and give lots of love at the same time. My dog likes it there. She is always calm and happy when I pick her up. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. The app is great for making appointments. The front office is nicely decorated and themed. Dogtopia is professional and a place I trust to care for my pup.

Its a safe environment for my dog to run and play, get lots of exercise, since I don't have a big yard for him to run in. He is interacting with other dogs in a controlled environment. He loves to go to Dogtopia. When I pull up in the front, he can't wait to jump out and go in. It makes my dog happy.

The employees seem to really like their jobs. They are quite friendly up front upon receiving dogs. I like it that we are able to keep a watch on the dog thru out the day via your camera set up.

All of the employees are incredibly kind and caring; I feel safe and comfortable leaving my dog with them to have a wonderful, engaging, and fun day. I love that they have webcams available on their app for me to check in on how my dog is doing, and it’s great that they have both an indoor and outdoor space for them all to play and socialize. The app is also very simple and easy to book appointments and navigate for support. The only critique I have is that when I want to pause a week, I need to call in (which is not the issue), but sometimes the pause of payment isn’t completed on their end so I end up getting charged (which just ends up being used for another week). This has happened twice and there’s not anything else I can do on my end to make sure it gets updated. My overall experience, however, has been amazing and I love bringing my dog into this facility!

My dog is always excited to go to daycare at Dogtopia! He plays all day and comes home tired and happy. We always know that he will be well taken care of by the caring and professional staff. Keep doing what you do! Thank you for taking great care of my dog!

I love the way the staff greets my dog with such enthusiasm and helped her get used to playing/socializing. She was so overwhelmed when we started. Everyone is so friendly! Checking in is so easy, as is checking out. We love that there is.nö)lllunch and nap time👍
