Your staff are obviously “dog lovers”. They are very personable, greet us with enthusiasm. I love the webcam. I see your staff frequently cleaning and mopping. My dog is very active and plays with other dogs. I’m very happy with your service.

Friendly staff that really like the dogs. There are several staff members that hug my baby girl and give her attention. She is currently 3 and has been attending Dogtopia since she was 5 months old. Still gets excited when we are at the light about to turn into the parking lot.

All the employees I interacted with were extremely pleasant to deal with. I felt I was leaving my dog in kind hands. It is also nice to be able to check on my dog via the webcams while I am away! It was great to see her gradually relaxing in the Dogtopia environment.

The facility was clean & the staff was friendly & informative. I appreciate that I was able to view my dog whenever I chose to. I especially would like to commend the young lady at the front desk, Angelese. Very friendly & was able to address any questions I had. Overall a very pleasant experience
