From the beginning with the Meet & Greet, Lauren was exceptionally professional. Each coach with Lauren, are incredibly attentive and detailed- oriented. Clean facilities. Great system which includes laying out the medicine admin on a form for team members to follow. Elle at Central support was sharp as tack. Resolved the webcam mystery after several tries to get live feed to watch them all play, and see how my dog was doing. Very clingy He loved his stay and will be returning to enjoy the experience.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and my dog feel completely comfortable and welcomed. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about the dogs in their care—they treat them like family. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep the dogs safe and happy. I especially love getting updates and knowing my pup is having a great time playing and socializing instead of just being kenneled all day. It gives me such peace of mind when I’m away. Every time I pick up my dog, he is happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The team goes above and beyond, and their professionalism and kindness really stand out. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog—Dogtopia is truly the best!
