The team was fantastic from the very first phone call. We’re regulars at the Canton location, but since I have the store next door to your Solon location and we had a movie filming that day, I thought we'd try the this location. I called ahead to ask whether we needed to schedule a meet & greet or complete anything in the app. The ladies told me to just come in and that we’d figure everything out together. My dog and I arrived during what seemed like peak drop-off time, but the team handled everything seamlessly. We ran into a few minor app issues, but I left my phone number and let them know I was right next door if they needed anything. Shortly after, they texted to let me know they had resolved the video access so I could check on Augie Doggie. I was especially impressed watching how your coaches manage the Toy Box. They kept the room moving with quick redirection and very minimal crate use. In comparison, the Canton location seems to rely much more heavily on crates. It was refreshing to see such calm, confident control of the room. At pickup, there was a little uncertainty about whether payment would process through the Canton location, but I assured them to just call me if anything was needed since I’m next door often. I received a link to pay today, which I promptly did. Overall, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and my dog made some new friends. It was a wonderful experience.

The people are amazing. Shadow absolutely loves coming in. She gets so excited when we walk in and won't leave without goodbye head scratches. This place makes me so comfortable to leave her because I know they truly love the dogs.

I trust Dogtopia to care for my dogs because I know they treat them like their own. Not only do my dogs get mental stimulation during the days I have to go into the office, but I know they have a good time boarding when we have to go out of town. The owners are truly good humans and they hire responsible employees who do a great job!

Each staff person I met was extremely professional, welcoming, and was obviously very in love with dogs!!!!!! Savannah went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! She even texted me an update on Sadie’s first day😀

Williams and I love everything about Dogtopia. The ease of scheduling visits, the user friendly app in general, the care in which health and safety of the dogs is prioritized, and most importantly the fun and loving staff that treats my crazy dog like family when he comes to play. I never have to worry about him when he’s with you. Thank you for providing such an invaluable service.
