My family has been going to Dogtopia for a little under 2 years now and we have always had a great experience- whether it was for daycare or overnight stays. The staff has always been so friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this location to anyone!
Mackenzie started going to Dogtopia Springfield at about five months old and continued until almost 2 1/2 years. We only stopped because we moved out of the area. As with most places, the success or failure is all about the people who work there, and I have to say that the caregivers at Dogtopia Springfield are the best. They took such good care of Mackenzie when she was there for daycare and boarding. I trusted them completely and am so grateful for the love they gave our girl.
Dogtopia offers many great options. The staff are very customer friendly and helpful. My dog seems to really enjoy himself so I started off small but have expanded his days in daycare.
Dogtopia is a great place for Cory and he has benefitted from the social time and love of the employees there. The team has many fun events including Dog of the week announcement. MY elderly Monther, Aged 89 posts photos of Cory having fun on many holidays on her door. The service is a blessing for our family- thank you
Our dog loves Dogtopia. He gets excited as soon as we turn onto Fullerton Rd. When he’s here, he’s well cared for. We’ve taken him up other dog care places and when we picked him up, he had to relearn some of his training and would have accidents inside. That never happens at Dogtopia. He always comes home happy and well-adjusted. And TIRED! The pricing is pretty good for the area and they do nail trims and baths too! The staff is so incredibly kind and patient! It’s just such a gem for our family’s needs!
The staff is amazing. I always feel happy leaving my dog there because how fantastic they are, and my dog gets excited anytime I say we are going to Dogtopia :)
Dogtopia is a great place for our dog (Edward) to board. He is not a fan of people outside of his family. However, since this is an open space there is not that "one on one" pressure that makes him freak out.
It has also been helpful for socialization with other dogs, who he generally does not like either (more fear than aggression). We watched him on the webcams following "the pack" around, not hiding in a corner. He even made some friends at his last visit!
