Cleo always feels welcomed at Dogtopia Springfield and when she walks in stops, and cuddles with each staff person before going to the gym to play. Staff watch her and report any issues to me and that gives me comfort especially for a senior dog. I know that Cleo Is safe and cared for as the staff are also dog parents. I'm very happy with bringing my dog Emma to Dogtopia Springfield where I can see she has a great time running around with her friends. She comes home physically and mentally tired. I do mention to others that she goes to Dogtopia Springfield and how it is helpful for both me and Emma. She gets to play all day and I get to work or run errands while some caring professionals watch out for her.

Great program! The staff cares about every dog. My pup is very happy playing with her BFFF’s. Easy to schedule a daycare appointment. When I have had to board my pup I am 100% confident she is in the best of care.

I like the way you separate the dogs by size. The staff are kind, friendly, caring and are dog lovers. You checked the dogs daily and notify use if you find something unusual you will notify me.

Great professional and friendly staff. The hours and days open are very convenient. Our dog seemed happy there and we were glad we could view his interaction with other dogs and care technicians on the closed circuit cameras. Our dog's safety was assured by the way in which he was monitored all the time in the play room. Great extra benefits like photos, report cards and special treats and activities. Well worth the money for all the good care.
