Hello to whom it may concern. I used Dogtopia in Springfield VA and I was very satisfied. I used their dog care services for one day two weeks ago and for a 4 day weekend this past week and was happy about my choice both times at pick-up. First of all the facility is very clean and smells much better than other facility I used in the past. My dog was tired, which means he had lots of fun 🤩 At my return, I received a report card and detailed information about my dog behavior during his stay. I really appreciate the Dogtopia team of this location and I recommend it to anyone who may need someone to trust with their furry babies. v/r, Maria

We love Dogtopia and recommend them to others all the time! Always a positive experience. The only reason we sometimes use another boarding place is because they are closer to home and also don’t ask for a tip. In fact, Dogtopia is the only boarding place we’ve gone to in over 20 years of owning dogs that asks for a gratuity. We usually add a tip for grooming though, because that’s a service you would normally leave a gratuity for.

My dog gets to spend a couple of days a week in daycare where she runs around with friends while she is looked after. It is good for her and she is worn out after playing all day. Plus it gives me a break as well to get some things done without having to worry about her. I can sign up to get her nails trimmed, get bathed, and have other grooming services performed while she is there. Dogtopia makes it fun for me and the family as well with their special events, social media posts, and picture days.

Staff is always friendly and responsive. They all seem to really like the dogs, which is so important to us. They always let us know if our pug Buddy, needed a little "time out" if he was playing too hard with his ToyBox friends. The ToyBox and other rooms are clean. I like that Dogtopia does fun things for both the dogs and their owners; like Puppy Bowl, and celebrating birthdays, holidays, and month long observances like Pride Month. And that they participate in the project to train service dogs for wounded military members. The folks who provide the dog baths and other grooming do a fantastic job. The hours that Dogtopia is open and available for daycare or extended stays are very convenient for us. Finally, I love that when we ask Buddy "want to go play today at Dogtopia?" he always starts jumping around and heads for his harness and leash.

We just love Dogtopia. They are friendly, organized and the staff there just loves our dog, Buster. They really care about the health of your dog, for example, they make sure that all dogs are up to date on their canine influenza vaccines, so that there is not an outbreak of sickness while being boarded. They have live web cams so that you can see your dog in the doggie playroom from an app on your phone. Best of all, they are not cooped up in their crates all day. Instead, they roam around the playroom, making doggie friends and interacting with the staff.
