Team members/coaches are friendly and go out of their way to address my doodle when he arrives. He was very shy when we started and hesitant to go back with them, now he can't wait to get pass the lobby and into the play room!

They callled immediately if there was any question or issue to solve. They gave him extra love to my dog because it was thundering and he was scared They groomed my dog according of what I was expecting and asked for. Some spots were missed but that is different of when the hair is to short and his skin got irritated in other places. He was happy and extroverted when we picked him up.

My dog is treated with love and respect. Everyone knows how much my Azriel means to me and their caring is very heartfelt and true. We are treated with smiles every time we walk in the door. If I have any questions or concerns they answer each one without hesitation. Azriel is a large breed and dogparks are not always a good choice for socializing and exercise. After a day at Dogtopia my big guy is happy and content. As soon as he realizes where we are going he gets so excited and he i have to hold tight to his leash. I checked out other doggie daycares before I picked Dogtopia and I made the right choice.

Where do I start? The staff truly cares for the doggos, they love mine even though he's not super affectionate (but he's funny!) The climate-controlled facility is an absolute requirement for my frenchie. And they do things like an actual human daycare, like craft times, Taylor Swift birthday parties, and "cookouts." Cracks me up! My dog is a bundle of anxiety, but he absolutely loves Dogtopia, and he's become much more confident and social.
