I especially like the staff that I met!! The staff seems to really like my pups- they are so excited when they RUN to the door!! But, most importantly, although they are happy to see me when I pick them up, they are exhausted, but smiling!!

I'm currently keeping my fur niece while she and her husband are deployed. Macee attended Reisterstown Pet Resort and Spa for years. I was hesitant about switching her at first, but living in the Parkville Towson area, Westminister was not ideal travel wise. All of the staff here have been so pleasant and caring! When Macee was missed a few weeks because she was sick, the staff called to check on her. They even asked about my well - being! Now, that's above and beyond. Clean, friendly, professional, just a great team. I don't know when Mae will be traveling out to Honolu

The staff is so friendly and loving to my dog and is very good about communicating with me if there's a problem. They are flexible on days when my dog can't be around other dogs or has a scuffle with another dog and they let him stay in an isolated location.

Everyone is very kind! The facility is clean. I can check on my dog on my phone. Easy to make an appointment. My dog is happy when I pick him up!
