From the front office to the daycare rooms every canine coach and manager has shown complete dedication to their job. The daycare and spa services are fantastic! The flexibility of days and hours make it easy for me to drop-off and pickup.

Personal communication (great customer service) and love for my pet. It’s great to have the flexibility to pause the payments. My only suggestion is to make the dogs play more. Most of the time they are just there, only a few dogs engage in play by themselves.

Ms. Jubilee at the front desk is so sweet, genuinely seems to care for your dogs, she's very knowledgeable and accommodating. I'm hoping my dogs can get some good socialization when they visit.

The staff is friendly and Boss loves coming there. We have not had major issues. We bought him in for an extra day this past week and requested a bath and teeth brushing. The new staff person on duty was very pushy, almost insistent about a tip. We found this a bit annoying and decided not to leave one. We understand tipping and have never encountered this in the 8 months we have been coming there.

EVERYTHING! We love the Friendly and Professional atmosphere. Pricing is fair and reasonable. All of the employees are super Kind and Attentive to our Mini Cockapoo, Hank Aaron and us. Hank can’t wait to get inside when we pull up to Dogtopia! It’s like having a second family.

The team at Dogtopia was very accepting and helpful with my dog’s first experience with boarding. As a dog that doesn’t thrive on social interactions, they were helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dogtopia, even if you have a shy dog.

Our dog has been going to Dogtopia West Frisco for over a year now...although he is not a super social guy, we like that he gets to be out of a crate for most of the day, he gets interaction with other dogs and lots of attention from the staff. Jubilee is kind and caring and a nice face to be greeted with in the mornings. The staff has done a great job and it has been a nice way for our dog to get out of the house on our long work days.

Loved it from the start! I appreciate the tour I was given of the facility and also how my dog was slowly introduced to other dogs before going into the Gym. He has been a few times now and seems to have a blast!!!

We enjoy the staff and their services provided for our Dogs. They are always excited to go spend time with the other dogs in a positive environment. If I had one thing to change it would be requiring female dogs to be fixed at 7 months. This is an outdated practice and not inline with current Veterinary recommendations of 2 years for the health of the dog.
