I love the people that work at Dogtopia! When I had an injury, they would see my car coming and knew that I had a problem with my knew and they would open the door (talk about "door-to-door" service)! When I come to pick Sonny up & I'm curious about how he did that day, they share with me! Sonny had an injury (a bad cut on his nose) and was under to his nose our vet's care. FINALLY, after @ 3.5 - 4 VERY LONG weeks, the doctor cleared him for play & daycare! The minute that Sonny's collar with the tags were going on him, he knew he was returning to his friends at Dogtopia -- he was dancing & jumping with excitement -- and I had happy tears in my eyes! And, yesterday (his 1st day back), I truly felt like a member of "Cheers" --- that "bar" where "everybody knows your name"! The shame is -- I need to do a much better job! They all know my name & Sonny's name -- I know Lynette's name and Michael's name -- and shame on me that there are a good 5 names that I love & know by sight, but I've drawn a blank right now. Dogtopia at White Flint ROCKS!!!
You know my dog, his name, his likes and dislikes even though he’s not there often. I know that he’s always supervised, I love watching him on the webcam, and the employees are very willing to let me drop him off a few minutes before opening to accommodate my schedule. And most importantly, my dog is very happy to come to Dogtopia.
Love that I can sit at work all day & watch my dog to see exactly how or if he is interacting with the other dogs. He always comes home tired and happy. Love the employees. Always smiling, friendly & know exactly what your dog has been up to while they have been there.
Every time we come in to drop off our dog, they remember his name which is very sweet. He loves going and is always exhausted when he comes home. His behavior has improved immensely and he only goes two days a week!
The most important thing was my dog was kept warm and safe during the winter holidays, and despite the frigid weather, the staff did their best to accomodate my request to take my dog outside a couple of times for some fresh air. The staff also responded within 24 hours to our emails asking how our dog was doing. The only concern I had was my dog came home with a strange sneeze that took about three days to pass, and she seems more skittish than usual, barking at the smallest sounds around the house. But all in all I would take our dog to Dogtopia at White Flint again!
