My dog loves her time at Dogtopia. I like that she is safe and I can view her during the day. Felicia and Naomi and all the staff genuinely seem to enjoy working with the pups and send me pictures and updates while I'm away. My dog enjoys her vacation while we enjoy ours!

Everyone is always very excited to see our dog. They know him by name and they know his personality. He is always very excited to see them, too. Very easy to schedule, everyone we talk to is really easygoing and nice, we feel like our dog is well cared for.

Customer service - texting and/or emailing about your dog, especially if they’re boarding for multiple days. Sending pictures & giving “report cards” telling about their day… So much interacting with the dogs (separating them by size!) large area to move around - dogs can rest or play… always having access to water… providing themed activities and snacks throughout the month… & the webcams!! :)

The staff know my dog, they are super friendly. They communicate if an issue arises. I do need to add that twice Auggie has come home with scratches so please keep an eye on this gentle soul. Thank you!
