I like that u can watch the dogs on the Webcam and that staff are always ready to greet you and your dog when u walk in the door. I appreciate the positive vibes and it seems like the staff ate happy to see my fur baby when we come even though I know he can be a lot to handle at times since he is a big German shepherd. I like that the first day of daycare we got free and that we had that free opportunity to see if this would be a good first for our pup. I hope to use the package daycare soon as I will bring him more when we get busy and it seems like you can save money by scheduling several days a week. As someone who has worked at a different pet resort, Dogtopia seems much better and leaves me without any worries when I leave my dog Pretzel in their care.

Love the open hours for flexibility with pick up and drop off. Love Pat and her amazing training services! Love that my dog is so excited to come every single day we bring him! Staff is kind and welcoming.

The staff was patient and kind at our dog’s meet and greet and subsequent daycare visits. They have web cams to share the activity and it’s so fun to watch and check in. We have signed him up for daycare and boarding and are so happy to have their support while visiting Orlando.

Staff are all really invested in the care of our dogs and are really kind and open. You can view your dog on a doggie camera. My camera for viewing my dog wasn’t working one day, and the staff made it a top priority to get it up and running. I really appreciated their follow-through to get it up and running.
