I just recently boarded my dogs twice in a month. Both times I got to watch on the video such personal interactions with the staff my puppies were getting. My puppies arrive and are so happy to be there. I can't say enough about the care they receive.
I appreciate how the employees know the name of every dog who walks through their doors and they always provide great customer service! It eases my mind knowing that my pup can get a full day of play and fun with people I can trust!
Roxy is just as excited to get out of the car as she is when we pick her up. She always gets a nice bath and we pay a little extra to have her toe nails clipped and she loves the bandannas. It has really helped with her socialization as well.
Honestly, this place is amazing. We rescued our puppy, Thor Kuchera, in February and severely underestimated the amount of attention he needed and energy he had. We bring him in at least once a week to run around and play with the staff and other dogs. He's always very tired and a happy boy after we pick him up.
There have been several occasions where I'm running late or we had to leave our dogs in daycare/boarding another night and they have been more than accommodating. They're always well taken care of and I love that we can check in on them on the webcam.
The open play concept is great for dogs who have a lot of energy. Also, different activities are cute and the Nest cameras are a plus. They send pictures and progress reports home as well so it’s a cute gesture.
Hunter has had two play dates and loved them! The first day he was of course shy with it being a new environment. But when I dropped him off yesterday he seemed less apprehensive. I watched him a bit on the camera and saw him wandering around, following the cuddle crew and received a lovely note that he’d made a new friend. I love that Hunter is playing in a safe environment that truly cares about him.
