Everything has been great so far. We came for our meet and greet last week and while Luna was nervous everyone was so kind and explained things to me, and did everything they could to make her comfortable. We came back this week for her first official day and she seemed to have a great time! I really like that I can check in and see how she's doing on the webcams to make sure she's not too stressed out. We definitely plan on being back soon and will be planning for an overnight as well!

The program is very well organized. It provides for the highest level of dog safety, while offering free play time to the dogs. I can see my dog on the webcam at any time during the play periods. My dog is so excited to go to Dogtopia, so I know she enjoys it. The staff in Yorktown are wonderful and I feel totally comfortable with my dog being there. The days and times I need for daycare are always available to me. I also love having grooming services available while my dog is at daycare. I am so happy I found Dogtopia Yorktown for my dog.

I love the staff (each genuinely care about and know your pup), I love the personal touches (photos on social media/theme events/etc), I love that I can check in on the live videos when I’m at work if I want, and I love that you offer grooming services(we take advantage of nail trims often). The staff were all really friendly and kind, answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough overview of the fees, amenities and a tour of the space. They asked me a lot of questions about my dog, which tells me they really value safety which made me feel so much more comfortable about leaving my dog there. They also allowed me to bring her bed/toys etc so she'd feel as comfy as possible.
