The best decision we made was working with Don Chisholm. While some parts of our home-buying journey came down to luck or fate of the perfect house, the best and most intentional decision we made was choosing to work with Don, and we couldn't have gotten to our perfect home without him. From start to finish, he was everything we needed in an agent — and more. Don was never pushy. He made sure we were well-informed, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keep us several steps ahead. He offered thoughtful, sage advice while giving us the space to make our own decisions. That kind of trust and respect meant everything to us. As an anxious buyers, we were worried about potential issues with houses under the paint. Don didn’t just show us homes — he dug deep to uncover and point out any red flags, whether it was something about the condition of the property or concerns in the neighborhood. Thanks to Don, there were no surprises — only clarity and confidence in our decisions. Our process moved quickly — just a matter of weeks — and Don was there for us every step of the way. Don is the consummate professional. His all-encompassing knowledge was vital in helping me make well-informed decisions. His sharp negotiating skills and clear, concise communication skills were invaluable in making this one of the smoothest real estate transactions I've ever been involved in. Don was available at all times and always quick to respond. Rather than being a stressful home buying experience, my experience with Don was a pleasure and even fun at times. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. I can not recommend Don's services highly enough.

Don is the BEST! From the initial meeting in the Winter, through the home renovation process in the Summer, to the home sale in the Fall, Don clearly demonstrated how good he is at what he does. He is careful to give you information and tasks in bite-sized chunks when you need it, and never overwhelms you with unnecessary things. Every step of the way, I had 100% confidence that I was in good hands with a truly skilled professional who cared about us as customers and worked tirelessly to get the best results. Our home sold on the third day and for above asking price! We were thrilled with this result, but recognized it was due to all of his behind-the-scenes work and all of the things he had us do to make our home the best it could be for the next owner/family to enjoy. I highly recommend Don Chisholm...in addition to being an expert in real estate, he is a terrific guy and a pleasure to work with!
