The work was done in a timely manner and correct. Jan the service manager was somewhat disturbing because we showed up 45 minutes before closing just to replace a battery..
I have my car serviced at Don Franklin only. This last time it took me 3 weeks to schedule my last maintenance. The maintenance tech told the Maintenance manager that the cabin cover or the glove compartment was cracked. I have not taken it out but the tech did. So it was either the service tech that cracked it or it was sold to me damaged. The service Manager didn't want to replace it or was not going to replace it until I informed her of the above and that it is under warranty. This is not a good practice to new car owners. That does not make me feel confident that you stand behind your product. She also did not make me feel like I was a valued customer. But I do feel the company sells a good product.
