I also like that you don’t try to upsell Services. I don’t need. There’s a level of honesty trust that keeps me coming back. I always feel like my vehicle is in good hands
We learned some new things about our new car that we did not know about. Service person who took care of us seem to know a lot about how the car worked and answered all our question about the service that we were there for.
The friendly service. If something is not right, they make it right. We have purchased several vehicles at the Bardstown location and will continue to do so.
I don’t like having to make an appointment for an oil change that is sometimes 2 weeks out. I understand the service department can be very busy but maybe hire some more people to just do oil changes. I appreciate that the place across the road was able to get me in so quickly. Everyone is nice and friendly. I like it when my car is washed.
