I like the quality of Ford in general. The service department is great…Very friendly and informative. The chairs in the waiting area are ragged and I think y’all can afford to replace or reupholster them. Other than that, keep up the good service!
Ford has really put together a great product in the exsplorer and the F-150 trucks that is on the road . And the service at Franklin is one of the best at taking care of your vehicles and explaining what the objective is with what needs to be done to the customer

Jordan Mann, my salesman, made the process easy—he was knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and didn’t pressure me at all. Jason in finance helped walk me through the paperwork clearly and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I purchased a Ford Expedition and it’s just amazing. Love all the new features. Mr Stern’s explained and showed how to use all the features that came with the vehicle. The sales experience was pretty smooth and very professional.
It does not appear that the sale’s atmosphere at Don Franklin in Columbia, KY is one where the customer is squeezed and played by a sales team. I have been to dealerships where very deceptive tactics are used and I will not purchase from such a dealership. Anyone who has been in the business for a bit knows of what I speak.
The reason I returned to Ford as a customer is the Maverick as a “forward looking” product. Ford was innovative when seeing the open market niche and innovative when using existing tooling to keep the price down.
Another reason I returned to Ford has to do with the reason I left. I like that they are standing behind their products with recalls. They should have recalled some of their products in the past instead of just letting the customer eat the costs of engineering mistakes.
Adam- my cars salesman made the whole process of purchasing my truck very easy. Easy to work with, wasn’t pushy through the process like the common misconception car sales people can have. All around a good experience and he did a great job
