I like Ford products and the service is always great

Had a tire emergency and was told I needed back brakes. I deferred to have them done at that shop instead went to my regular mechanic at Don Franklin Ford. He assured me I had lots of time and they would let me know during an oil change the next time I needed my brakes worked on. I appreciate them so much. Honest fair and fast.

hi friend I think you guys are great because every time I come over, they help me a lot because I I can't walk they help me get out of my car and took me by my arm and helping get into my wife's vehicle they took mine because it have a recall and tell me to come back in a couple of hours, so when I came back, they brought the keys to me and help you to my car so I can come home.
