When I called to make an no appointment, I was able to get in when I needed to and did not have to be put off for several weeks. When I went in for service as soon as I got there they started working on my car and within 30 minutes I was out the door and on my way home. Very nice people.

I came in for routine maintenance. My engine light had come on the night befit. I was told the cost of running a check and agreed. My door to the gas cap wouldn’t open. When they fixed that, the engine light went off. No need for the test which is high for a senior citizen :). Also two filters needed to be changed. Asked my permission before they did I could not be more pleased!!!

The service manager provided excellent customer service…after dealing with another Nissan dealership in Nashville, it felt like I died and went to heaven at the Don Franklin dealership. It’s nice to see excellent customer service still exists!!

We really like the Nissan vehicles. We have owned several and they are very fuel efficient, roomy and comfortable. The cost is economical for the bonuses that come with the Pathfinder.
