I appreciate that special requests like setting the clock for daylight savings time or setting a “favorite’s” radio station is quickly done in a very pleasant (not condescending) manner. It takes people familiar with this a minute or two whereas it could easily take me an hour or more. It makes my ride so much more comfortable!
Our sales guy, Ty was the absolute best. We ended up coming back 2 weeks later and bought a brand new truck from him as well. Will definitely recommend and come back.
Very friendly staff except for the woman who closed the bay doors as I got there to drop off my car. I got there right about 5:28. Then a nice gentleman ask if he could help me. I told him I had no problem leaving my keys in the drop box but he took care of me in under a minute
My Service Advisor, Chris, is phenomenal. He is customer service oriented and I appreciate that because great customer service is not something you get these days. He stepped up to get something done for me regarding my Premier warranty covered (see how much they would cover for a key fob). He explained that I needed to contact them directly regarding a rock ding in my windshield. AND, the best news he gave me was my vehicle has been added to a list of 40 cars that need the white paint fixed where it's flaking off. I called Don Franklin recently because I saw on Google how Hyundai was covering it for my vehicle year, but the lady at Don Franklin said my model was not included. Chris is my HERO because a car that is 3 years old and taken really good care of should not have paint coming off it
I really like my car, a Santa Fe that is about a year old. I was pleased with the service department and felt like they went out of their way to address the couple of issues I had identified. They were very professional. The service took a long time but I had dropped off and had actually expected that. In general a positive experience.
I bought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson at your dealer and it has been a great SUV. No real service problems just routine maintenance, new tires and brakes.
Service staff is always pleasant and service techs are informative and efficient.

I didn’t like waiting 2hours for a oil change I ask for them to check my tire pressure and when I checked my tire pressure and they put air without checking 2 tires showed 41 and two showed 40 in them when I checked it it showed 40 and 41 I was shocked at that my tires I think hold 36 but other than that I’ve always like coming in to get my oil changed
