We have bought 6 cars from MJ at Don Franklin and have had a great experience from purchase to service. The warranties are fabulous and MJ has made the process pain free.
No one likes to spend time in a service center at a dealership, however it was nice to be able to schedule my appointment online & have my car almost immediately taken back for it's first oil change. Staff was friendly and clear in explaining everything that would happen. Overall, it was a quick and efficient oil change & tire rotation. I didn't buy my car from you guys, actually in Louisville - however your staff made me feel at home.
The scheduling is easy, there are no surprise charges. They don't try to talk you into more services. It's just a mention and if the answer is not today they move on. Service is fast and efficient.
I think Jennifer is your number # 1 person - I think she is one of the sweetest ladies I know.

Steve Johnson and Ethan Maggard both did a great job helping us. I had previously purchased from Steve and reached out several months ago on a car for my daughter. After looking at several options, we settled on a 2024 Sentra SR. We looked at several dealerships but ultimately Steve was able to help us get the best option by partnering with the NIssan sales team. Steve was out the day we came to pick it up but Ehan stepped and got us across the finish line quickly and smoothly. They were both great to work with. Now if we could just get you to open a lot in Louisville. :)
Did not have to wait long at all. Service person was nice and let me know if any thing was wrong so I could decide if I wanted it taken care of at that visit.
