New service dept. Is big and clean. When I had a problem with nothing on the steering wheel working, your guys knew exactly what the problem was, but that presented another problem. Every one I talked to elsewhere, said they had to take off the air bags to get to this part. Every one else said there was a chance the air bag would activate and that was $1500.00 by itself. No one wanted to touch it. Your guys said there was no chance that would happen there. All said and done, they fixed it. When I brought the truck in for an oil change, the topped off all fluids and told me the things I should be concerned about. I feel like your people know what they are doing and I don't have to worry.

Ron has taken care of Mr as my service advisor the last 2 times my car has been there and he really goes above and beyond to help me.
My extended warranty company was being difficult to work with but he continued to advocate to ensure I was taken care of fairly. He is really representative of what customer service means. Thank you Ron
