I had an appointment for the Saturday the internet was not working. I left and they called and said I could come back but I was unable to. I only get Saturday off so I had to make a new appointment for the following Saturday. I feel I should have received something off of my bill. And they didn’t rotate my tires because they said they didn’t need to be which was fine but why was the price not reduced when a service wasn’t preformed that was in the 200$ package?
I called and checked to see if Jennifer could get me in to get my car serviced. She said yes but there would be a little wait. I said fine with me. She promised my car would be serviced and ready for me in an hour and a half. Don Franklin never disappoints me and my car was ready on time. They even washed it for me before I left the lot. I love this dealership and the great service that I always receive. The service department is top-notch. Not only did I get my car serviced with an oil change and all Floyd‘s check but I also was able to get my coolant system flushed. They keep me on track to make sure that I am getting the best care for my car as I would like for it to last for a long time
