Collin was a perfect sales representative. He was available and knowledgeable, but never pushy. Walt - aka “Cupcake” - was the most thorough and helpful person that I have ever dealt with when demonstrating the features of a car, and I have bought many cars. These two individuals made it a very nice experience. My only negative was the dealerships unwillingness to take the extra step to get a Friends of Coal tag for the vehicle. Every other dealership in the state of Kentucky that I have purchased from has been willing and able to accommodate that request. This will affect my decision of where to purchase in the future. I gave the 10 for Collin and Walt. The sharp, not gonna happen, attitude on the tag would have earned you a 1. Hope this feedback is helpful.
The service department doesn’t try to ‘sell’ you service you don’t need. In fact, I almost always the one asking them to perform service they will explain to me I don’t need :)
From finding the sequoia on line at Don Franklin dealership everything was great! I inquired about the car within minutes I had a response. I came to the dealership 2 days later and purchased the vehicle. Once I inquired about the vehicle iwas updated constantly. I met a wonderful salesman named Andre he was down to earth straight forward, he worked with me and made the sale happen. The finest financial team ever, got me through the process. Wonderful experience.
Employees are friendly and easy to talk to. Helpful and answer all questions. I usually don’t buy the same car twice but the quality and service that I received from the first one brought me back for my second Rogue.
