The convenience of getting my truck serviced there is amazing, I make an appointment, I usually arrive 10 minutes early and about 20 minutes later I’m driving away. The service manager keeps me informed of any issues (for instance I had a screw in my tire my last service date) and he lets me know my options and we decide what’s best for me, everyone is polite and knowledgeable and friendly, I live in Lexington so I have 30 different places I could go to but I gladly drive past them to get the exceptional service at DFM in Nicholasville
