Your Nicholasville, Kentucky, service team and the person at the desk in the service waiting area at that Nicholasville, Kentucky, location! I have been going to that location for a long time. The amazing service is what keeps me there. A lot of places try and take advantage of any opportunity to make a profit. I commend the Nicholasville, Kentucky, service team for their honesty and transparency. While a service team could otherwise make a profit off of one transaction, the Nicholasville, Kentucky, service team presents options, prices and individualized recommendations, which results in loyalty. They are personable and make you feel like you’re not just a number. Anytime there is an issue with my car, I take it there. I especially want to recognize Chad Williams in the Nicholasville, Kentucky, service department and the gentleman at the desk in the service waiting area. They both go beyond what is required to assist with issues. Terry Houp was also amazing when he worked in the service department at the Nicholasville, Kentucky, location, and did the same, going above and beyond what was required. I can’t speak for all Don Franklin locations and services, but your Nicholasville, Kentucky, service team has always far exceeded my expectations. You have a very special group there!

We really enjoyed buying a car there. Employees were very good and helpful and my wife loves her new car.

Service was quick and efficient

The sales staff was really friendly and low pressure. Answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable during the "just looking" stage.

Wide range of options without dealing with multiple salespersons. Service at convenient locations. Have purchased two vehicles recently. I was disappointed with first experience but dealership we worked with the second time was a much better experience than the first. Would rate 1st experience a 5 and second a 10.

Products are good. But the service people working are great.
