Friendly staff and personnel. Then again to make sales you have to be friendly and courteous. Thought I could get a better deal than what I got but happy with my purchase. Don't like that it takes days to get scheduled to get my dodge truck and jeep Cherokee in to be serviced for oil change. Over all I would recommend Don Franklin to someone that's in the market to purchase their next automobile
