You have an excellent service department. They explained everything about what they’re gonna have to do to your car. They do excellent work when they do a repair and keep you informed of the process. I drive a little ways to get to your service department, but it’s very well worth it. The service manager is very helpful. Explains everything and does an excellent job. I’ve been to a lot of Dodge Dealer repair shops, but the one in Monticello and the employees they have. There are just excellent. Don Franklin service is the only place I would take my Dodge.

To say the service department and manager in Monticello are top notch is an understatement! They are so kind and welcoming. They have never treated me like I was stupid or a burden. They go above and beyond every time!! Monticello Don Franklin hits different, for sure!!
