After I missed my appointment, I was still treated as a valued customer and given outstanding service. Everything was checked on my car, it was washed, and the service writer was extremely friendly. This being as they worked on my Chevy at a Dodge dealership. I will be bringing it back in the future!

I can easily get an appointment for service around my schedule. I'm always told what my car needed or what condition parts were in if they needed replaced. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with the service department.
