I HIGHLY recommend Donna O’Neill! I needed to sell a condo in the name of my mom’s estate. The whole process was smooth and easy with Donna’s help. I give Donna O'Neill very high marks, as she is a strong professional, who loves her job and is very competent and knowledgeable about the real estate market, and who above all always, always went the extra mile when I became hesitant and close to throwing in the towel faced with having to sell my house after living here for almost 30 years and getting too old for taking care of it. She took charge, was very kind and systematic and pulled it off as there was nothing to it, which is the mark of a true professional.
I am recommending her to my neighbors, friends, and anybody who is looking for a professional and pleasant transfer of property to another party.

Donna O’Neill did a great job supporting me and my wife during the acquisition process of a Condominium Unit located in Saint Clair Shotes. She basically managed the purchasing process for us while we were traveling abroad to resolve an urgent family matter.
Donna is also detail oriented, giving us effective and well thought commercial advice during the purchase of the property. Donna also efficiently coordinated necessary documentation with the sales agent and mortgage company.
I take the opportunity to thank Donna for the outstanding job.

We chose Donna to sell the family home we'd lived in for decades, largely due to her SRES/senior real estate specialty. We'd been feeling stuck, and worried that we'd never manage to downsize and move to a more suitable location. Donna had endless resources and ideas to help us with every aspect. She was always full of energy and ready to help, and assisted in keeping us focused and moving along while still being patient. We really don't know if we ever would have succeeded in making this huge transition without her!
