took time to greet people entering store. offered to help with a tubeless tire project I was on. Took time to answer a couple questions, even though he was working on a customer bike. Makes me feel valued as a customer.

The person working was very nice and helpful. They explained everything about the different bicycles, let me try one out, and helped me decide on which one I wanted in just a few minutes of walking into the store. They also loaded it into my vehicle for me once I purchased it.

Only one person in the place working on setting up and selling a family two bikes and two other groups waiting on service was very discouraging. That guy was trying but needed help!!! I’ll go to the shop in Columbus next time.

Everything was pleasant. With the father and brother present and helping out it truly had the small family business atmosphere working.
