Bad customer service. I came in on a Friday needing a brake cable. Was told I also needed a noodle and they would order one, it would be in Thursday. Called on following Friday and they said it hadn't been ordered, would be in next Thursday. Came in the following Friday and talked with another guy who said it hadn't been ordered, they kept those noodles in stock and he sold me one!!! Two and a half weeks to get what I needed that was already there. Come on guys! You can do better!!

Bike repair of my brother in law who passed away. Yall did a great job. Also the young man was just as attentive and caring about the repair as he would have been sell g me a new bike. This matters when when matters to me is just as important to the service provider
